L\u2019invitation \u00e0 une promenade dans un mus\u00e9e \u00e0 ciel ouvert, aussi rare qu\u2019\u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re, d\u00e9clin\u00e9 d\u00e9sormais en deux concours arbitr\u00e9s par un jury dont la qualit\u00e9 est assur\u00e9e par son \u00e9clectisme, tant par sa culture que par ses origines.\n<\/div>

\nJug\u00e9s par des experts, les classes exposent \"Les plus Belles Automobiles du Monde\".Quant aux clubs, ils mettent en sc\u00e8ne une s\u00e9lection des plus int\u00e9ressantes voitures du constructeur et une garden party qui, depuis 2014 rencontre un grand succ\u00e8s. \nFrance was the cradle of the Concours d\u2019El\u00e9gance in the 1920s and the creator of these very popular meetings in which exceptional cars of the era, often personalised by famous coachbuilders, were on display in the company of elegant women dressed in the latest clothes by the great names in French fashion.\n<\/div>
\nOne of the driving ambitions behind Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille was to revive this glorious epoch by inviting car manufacturers and designers to unveil to the public their concept cars, interpretations of the future models of their make, by associating them with models in the most beautiful clothes from fashion houses in a unique parade very popular with the public.

Thus, premium makes like Alpine, Aston Martin, BMW, Bugatti, Citro\u00ebn, DS Automobiles, Ford, Honda, Lexus, Maserati, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault, Rolls-Royce, VW etc. and Italian coachbuilders Italdesign, Touring et Zagato unveiled in the last four Chantilly Concours d\u2019Elegance, sometimes as a premi\u00e8re, their latest interpretations of the motor car of the future associated with dress creators Haider Ackermann, Giorgio Armani, Balmain, Hugo Boss, Ann Demeulemeester, Eymeric Fran\u00e7ois, Jean-Paul Gautier, Yang Li, Thierry Mugler, Paco Rabanne, Alexandre Vauthier etc.\n<\/div>

\nA l\u2019occasion de ses sept premi\u00e8res \u00e9ditions, le Concours d\u2019Etat de Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille a r\u00e9uni les plus grands collectionneurs du monde entier. Cent voitures d\u2019exception, incarnations des plus belles cr\u00e9ations de l\u2019histoire de l\u2019automobile sont venues \u00e0 chaque fois de toute l\u2019Europe mais aussi des Etats-Unis, d\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Sud et d\u2019Asie.\n<\/div>
\nPresented on the Estate\u2019s Le N\u00f4tre lawns to form a remarkable and unique ephemeral museum, they display their charms for one purpose only: to be awarded the Best of Show. Indeed, \u201ccr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me\u201d, Chantilly obliges, Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille has been awarding two Best of Show prizes since 2017, as it is difficult to compare a pre-war car with a post-war one.

In each of the 17 classes comprising some four or six cars, rareness, history, state of conservation and upkeep are the main criteria considered by the hand-picked jury when examining them to select the class winner, an obligatory step to go onto the two final \u201cQueens of the Day\u201d consecration.\n<\/div>

\nEvery year, around forty of these clubs take part in the huge Garden-Party, a veritable countryside picture that would have inspired some of the most illustrious Impressionist painters.\n<\/div>
\nFrom sophisticated picnic baskets to exquisitely decorated tables, the elegance of the exhibits must be in harmony if they hope to win the Grand Prix des Clubs, based on the quality of the presentation, the diversity and originality of the models on display, and the attention paid to the D\u00e9jeuner sur l'Herbe.\n<\/div>
